A public meeting will be held to discuss ideas and review alternative MIXED USE proposal for a park and housing at Fellsmere Heights (the old Malden Hospital site). Join us and bring your ideas!

OPEN PRESENTATION AND DISCUSSION WILL INCLUDE HOW:

• Fellsmere Heights overlooks and borders Fellsmere Pond and the historic Fellsmere Park and should be utilized to complement and complete this treasure of the people of Malden and Medford
• An alternative plan designed with input from the neighborhood group will be improved and shared with citizens and elected officials.

A PARTIAL LIST OF WHAT YOUR NEIGHBORS WOULD LIKE TO SEE THERE:

Open Space, moderate-income elderly housing, walking paths, picnic areas, community gardens, outdoor stage, tennis courts, dog park, track and fields, meeting space for civic groups, ice skating, bike rentals, etc.
