A public meeting will be held to discuss ideas and review alternative MIXED USE proposal for open space and housing at Fellsmere Heights (the old Malden Hospital site). Join us and bring your ideas!

Fellsmere Heights overlooks and borders Fellsmere Pond and the historic Fellsmere Park.  Development at the Malden Hospital site should complement and complete this treasure used by the people of Malden, Medford, and beyond.  

An alternative plan designed with input from the neighborhood group will be shared with citizens and elected officials.

This information comes to you from a group of neighbors from Malden and Medford who have been meeting to create a vision for Fellsmere Heights and to ensure that the voice of the community is heard.
